Prom Boutonniere

I was so happy to be able to create beautiful Prom flowers for some friends of mine. I designed a corsage with a green Fuji mum, ruscus, Jade Trachelium accented with lime green and black ribbon. It turned out fabulously!

I then created this modern style boutonniere for the young man to match the corsage. I used green button mums, tree fern, Jade Trachelium and ruscus. I accented it with black and lime green ribbon.

The couple came to me to do their prom flowers after being terribly disappointed by the flowers they bought for Jr. Prom last year from a local florist. I took the time to listen to what they wanted and then worked hard to create the Prom flowers of their dreams. I knew that this was very important to them and I wanted the flowers to be amazing and special.

The couple LOVED the flowers and the young lady wrote me a thank you note telling me that the flowers were PERFECT and exactly what they wanted. Of course, I was thrilled to have helped make their Senior Prom memorable.

Composite Rose

This is the very first composite rose I created. They are not that hard to make if you are used to working with Oasis Cold Glue (made especially for fresh flowers). Composite roses are a little time consuming to make, but they are gorgeous and are gaining in popularity amongst brides.
